ATTORNEY KRAKÓW - SERVICE PRICE LIST
The remuneration of an attorney's office is determined in each case after taking into account the complexity of the case and the catalogue of activities which must be performed by the attorney. The most common way of accounting for services is establishing a fee for each activity performed for the Client, where the basis of such a fee is the acceptance of the rate of PLN 500 PLN (with VAT) per one hour of the attorney's work. Thus the Client is not charged in advance for the whole case, and payments are made together with the progress of the case and are always based on its development and the Client's expectations and wishes.
For each payment the Office issues a VAT invoice or a receipt.
Due to numerous questions from the interested Clients concerning the approximate price list of services, the example prices are presented below, which allow the approximate orientation as to the amount of remuneration for the attorney. In each instance, however, the most accurate valuation of a particular case can be obtained only after the attorney gets acquainted with the case in detail and is able to assess its complexity and the scope of work to be performed.
The following prices include VAT 23% tax, which applies to all attorney's services.
Civil case:
A lawsuit or a motion initiating a case before a district court - from 3.000 PLN
A lawsuit or a motion initiating a case before a regional court - from 3.500 PLN
A reply to the lawsuit or the reply to the motion to a district court - starting from 3.000 PLN
A reply to the lawsuit or the reply to the motion to a regional court - starting from 3.500 PLN
A complaint against the order to secure a claim - from 2.500 PLN
A motion to secure a claim or a reply to a motion in the course of proceedings - from 2.000 PLN
Participation in a visual inspection in Krakow or Wieliczka - 500 PLN per hour or part thereof
Legal advice, consultation, counseling, oral opinion - from 500 PLN per hour or part thereof
Representation at a hearing before a district court in Krakow or Wieliczka - 700 PLN per hour or part thereof
Representation at a hearing before a regional court in Krakow - 800 PLN per hour or part thereof
Representation at a hearing before a Court of Appeal in Krakow - 900 PLN per hour or part thereof
Legal opinion - from 2.000 PLN
Appeal from a final judgment or a motion for reconsideration of a final order issued by a district court - from 5.000 PLN
Appeal from a final judgment or a motion for reconsideration of a final order issued by a regional court in Krakow - from 6.000 PLN
Other letters not mentioned above - from 500 PLN per hour of an advocate's work
Evidentiary analysis in the office - from 500 PLN per hour
Evidentiary analysis at the client's premises, at the court's seat - from 600 PLN per hour
Searching and collecting documents - from 500 PLN per hour
Additive control and introducing changes in letters on client's request - from 500 PLN
Participation in negotiations or mediation - from 500 PLN per hour
Criminal case:
Representation at first-instance proceedings in Krakow or Wieliczka - 700 PLN per hour or part thereof
Representation on appeal in Krakow - 800 PLN per hour or part thereof
Participation in preparatory proceedings - from 500 PLN per hour or part thereof
Legal advice, consultation, counseling, oral opinion - 500 PLN per hour or part thereof
